How to Submit?

Read the below guidelines carefully before submitting. Any entry that does not adhere to the below will be rejected:

l   Up to 2 entries per participant is allowed.

l   The image/s in the below categories are invited.

n  Wonders of the Eye

n  Life of an Eye Health Professional

l  Your entry will be evaluated by a panel (masking your personal details) based on the Lighting, Focus, Exposure, Field of View, Difficulty of Capturing Image, Absence of Distracting Elements, Visual Impact and Caption.

l  Image/s format: PNG, JPG, JPEG or GIF formats.

l  Minimum image/s size: 2MB.

l   Image/s should not be enhanced or colour corrected using any mobile application or software.

l  Refrain from incorporating a logo, copyrights mark or any other visible reference/ marks.

l   Each entry should have a catchy phrase as a caption.

l  No duplicate entries allowed.

l  Appropriate consent/NOC form needs to be filled and attached along with the submission. 

n  A signed consent form by the HOD or relevant person if the image/s are clinical or is something to do with your workplace.

n  A signed consent form by the patient/client if the face is prominent.

Prize:  

l  One winner under each category will be chosen.

l  The winning photo/s will be posted on our social media pages with the winner's name and headshot, and also published in IVI's newsletter. 

l  Winners under each category will get a free registration to attend one of the IVI's 2023 eye health conferences.

l  Winners will also receive an e-gift voucher worth INR 500.
