Optometry Education & Career Program - Tirunelveli
IVI organized an Optometry Education and Career program for the third year optometry students and interns at Dr.Agarwal’s Eye Hospital & Research Institute, Tirunelveli on 23 March 2016.
About 40 students from Al-Shifa Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Mallapuram and Grace College of Health & Management, Kanyakumari, undergoing clinical internship at Dr.Agarwal’s Eye Hospital & Research Institute, Tirunelveli, attended the program facilitated by Mr Revanth Kumar, Program Manager, India Vision Institute.
The students found the seminar very useful and said that it will assist them in understanding the broader landscape of optometry in India and the scope of the profession in terms of career development.
